4 yo son refusing to potty train...help!

With my 1st son it was so easy. One day he woke up, was ready and that was that. Now for my youngest who is 4 and going to be 5 in a few months....and suppose to be starting school.... it is a battle.

I have tried everything from videos, songs, rewards, going diaper free and so much more. I dont know what to do. He straight up says NO. I really want him to start school this year and stay on track but i am so nervous.

Has he got any Special Needs? And is he able to hold it in/control it?

If he has no SN and you think he has the physical ability then at that age I think you need to stand firm. Tell him they don't make nappies for children his age so it's pants only from now. Get him to help you put soiled pants/trousers in the wash and hang them out to dry so he knows he has to put extra effort in. Don't get cross but stick to saying he can't have nappies
