Help! Major regression in pre-schooler who'd been dry for 6 months

DS has recently turned 3. We did potty training when he was 2 yrs 7 months. He did really well and seemed to have nailed it in about 10 days.
Fast forward 6 months, and suddenly he's started having accidents. Only wee accidents (so far!).
He had 4 today at nursery. Before last week I can't even remember when he last had an accident.
I'm totally at a loss. I don't know what to do.
Has anyone else's child done this? What can I do?
He seems almost pleased with himself to have had these accidents.... Confused

Hi, I've seen you keep bumping but I don really have any advice! The only thing I can suggest is to stop wearing underwear as kind of a reset? Then I'd be watching him like a hawk for the sign that he's about to wee.

Not sure about the behaviour thing - definitely don't react to any accidents. Is he just having accidents at Nursery? If at home, make changes as boring as possible so there's no fun to it?

maybe it’s just coincidence rather than regression? how many days in the row has he had accidents?
maybe no need to worry?
my dd (nearly 2yrs) in the last week or so had more accidents, maybe 6 in 4 days although been dry for months too.
If she doesn’t go herself for over an hour, i take her myself despite the protest. i think younger kids sometimes get too distracted and need reminding.
