Potty Training whilst looking after a baby

My three year old is potty training well at nursery, but I feel like I am failing him at home because I can't keep it up. I also have a five month old to look after, and I'm struggling to find a balance and encourage the potty training. It's difficult to herd us all up the stairs to the toilet, and by the time we've got there he's already been. He doesn't like his potty much, but realistically it would be so much easier if I can get him to use it. Any help or tips would be much appreciated, as like I said, I feel like I'm failing him.

Ive seen some pretty fancy potties that look more like small toilets, would this float his boat do you think? Or does he have a train track you could put the potty in the middle of...DD loves it when her ninky none drives around her potty!
I sympathise though, we started potty training in June when I’d just found out I i was expecting DC2... turned out to be twins who are 2 weeks old now. WEve kept the potty around all this time as we knew it’d be easier when the babies came. DD can sort herself out after a wee but after a poo it’s easier for her to shuffle over to the sofa if I’m feeding and me to clean her with wipes.
On the flip side she now much prefers the potty and when we have guests no one wants to see a toddler pushing out a poo in the middle of the living room rug... we have to bribe her to use the toilet... not ideal!
