Hi there

My son turns 3 in January and isn't really interested in potty training. He will sometimes ask if he sees me and his daddy use it apart from that he have never pooped in it. When he's doing a poo he runs to the corner or out of view! Help! It's starting to worry me!

But that sounds just like the right time! When they run off to do their business privately it shows they have understood the socialisation aspect, i.e. Some things in life are done privately. Order Oh Crap! It got us through potty training pretty quickly and we left it late too, he was one month before turning 3 when we did it.

I agree with Mish, such a good sign if he's hiding from you. Definitely read Oh Crap because he will be ready if he's showing that awareness.
