This may be just a blip but want to know if anyone else has had this.
We trained ds in June, a months before he turned 3.
It went really really well and he was clean and dry completely within a couple of weeks and we have had zero accidents since. We have also gotten rid of the potty so everything is done on the toilet with a seat, and he doesn't need reminding, he tells us, and can hold on if we are not close to a loo.
All in all, a success.
Until yesterday.
The first thing that happened was he was downstairs naked, I was just about to get him ready for a shower and he just decided to have a wee. He thought it was funny, presumably because he had no clothes on. Put it down to that.
Then he proceeded to wet himself a further 3 times over the rest of the day.
Just completely out of the blue. He was remorseful afterwards, but mainly because we had to stop doing what he was doing to go and get cleaned up. We even had to leave soft play which he was very upset about. (Didn't think to take spare clothes as this was the first time)
We are going on holiday today, we gave a four hour drive ahead of us and if he's going to be wetting himself constantly it's going to be a nightmare.
I'm reluctant to put nappies/pull ups on him as it seems like such a back step.
Please help!
