I do think DD is ready - she is 2 yrs 10 months has good contro; Fully understands what the potty is for. She got excited about going out to buy big girl pants. Lots of role play putting dolly on potty etc. Dolly does wee, gets sticker and a clap washes hands etc.
She has only agreed to put pants on once though and when i ask her if she'd like to sit on the potty she says NO. She has seen others sit at childminders. I'm not pressurising her just casually asking a couple of times a week. I do have a couple of toilet seats I could try but apart from that am out of ideas!
