Pant liners for poos

DS had been withholding poo and constipated. Went to gp and he's been having this drink thing for a few weeks. Poo consistency is now about right. I just need to now get him to do it in the toliet.
The thing is I don't think he always knows he is going.

Is there any type of liner you can get for poo so that ruining so many pants.
He was in pull ups again but is getting lazy at nursery and weeing in them.

Any help advice please

What about trying fleece or paper liners designed for using with cloth nappies?

You can get liner things for kids but they are only really designed to catch a few drips from an accident. I suppose you could try repositioning them in the pants and they might help a bit! You'd probably be as cheap though just buying pants from primark and binning them!

Swimmming nappy, It will hold poo but not wee so perfect for your situation.

Dry like me. They can be used in the front or back of pants.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Trying to encourage him to poo in toliet or potty but this seems to lead to him holding on to it.
Guess will have to just keep binning the bad ones
