Days 1 and 2 went well, lots of accidents as expected, but enough successes for plenty of praise and celebration to reinforce good use of potty for wee and poo.
Today however, ds's behaviour is appalling. He is hitting and kicking, spitting, not listening to me or dh at all, refusing to get on his potty (although he has managed to get near to it when weeing he doesn't want to sit down on it) other than when he was halfway through pooing in his pants and I asked him to finish his poo in his potty, which he did.
I have noticed he seems more tired so poor behaviour could be related to that, although he has had restful play and usual naps and sleep times.
Has anyone else noticed a deterioration in behaviour when potty training? Any advice?
