anyone fancy a potty training support thread?

Just that really. We have just started, I'm sat here watching DS sit on the potty with Peppa on the TV. Just had breakfast. We've had a couple of successes but plenty more accidents.

How is everyone else getting on?

Hi flinging we have also started potty training DS today, he is 2.9 and this is our second attempt - first was in October but we have up after a couple of days and accepted he wasn't ready. We have started with pull ups today but he has had 2 wee's in through ups with no indication he is aware he had done it. No wee's on the potty. I just wonder if he had made the connection yet between needing to wee and what he is doing?

DS is 2.7, so it's still early days. Finding the whole thing completely random. Sometimes he'll need to wee, go and do it on the potty. Other days he'll look at the potty whilst weeing on the floor.

And pants are making everything worse. They're so small and tight for his age! Going to buy bigger ones today.
