DTs were 4 in August, have been dry in the day for well over a year.
They wear pull ups for bed and they are always soaked in the morning so I haven't done anything about night training. However, I think they are weeing in the pull ups as soon as they wake up ie its a conscious decision and they could easily get up and go to the loo!
How do I know - should I just give it a go and see how they get on?
Some friends have mentioned lifting at 10/11pm but tbh I don't really want o go down that route lazy
