Potty for a tall toddler

I'm thinking about giving it a go again with my nearly 3yo dd. She is pretty tall and I noticed last time we tried she was obviously uncomfortable on the cheap boots ones we bought.

I have a seat for the toilet but she is very unkeen on it.

Has anyone used a potty that was comfortable for a taller toddler?

The Baby Bjorn ones are a bit higher and there are also potty chairs like one from the Neat Nursery Company. There's also a Fisher Price one that you can raise and lower but you'd need to have a search on Amazon for it. Good luck!

Thanks, I'll have a look for them. Poor girl has her knees around her ears sat on the ones we've got!

I have a 4 year old who sits on the Neat Nursery one with no problems so maybe would recommend that one the most out of the ones we've had (and we've had a few!!)

That's really great. I'll have a good look once in home and not on my phone.

I think that may be or of the many reasons our first attempt failed so dismally. After a few min sitting on the potty she'd say it was sore and she had a big red ring around her bum and legs where she'd been sat on it.

I think we may try the nappy fairy so a lovely new potty might be the swap

I've just had a quick look and that potty chair looks perfect. A fab in-between potty and toilet.

Found it! www.neatnursery.com/potty-time/potty-chairs.html

I got mine from Sainsburys but I don't think they so then anymore. Worth having a look in a few different places though. Also do have a look at the adjustable fisher price one as I think that's even higher.

I got a mamas and papas one where the top is a squashy toilet seat, the unit itself is very tall which I needed for my tall 2yo DS. The normal, cheap ones were just too low for him and his long legs, he couldn't keep it in the potty at all so you can imagine the mess, especially with him being a boy! I don't have a link but it's on their website.
