Day 2 has gone backwards, anyone had success after a backward step?

Hi,

Just after some advice from your potty training geniuses.

yesterday we had
•9 accidents
•10 wees on potty

Today
•6 accidents
•4 wees on potty

He doesn't seem to know when he has had an accident either, he is 2.4 months. Has anyone continued after the second day wasn't looking great and still had success? I was thinking the accident to potty ratio would decrease every day?

Yes, it's completely normal!! A week today he'll probably be different again! He's still pretty young so keep persevering.
You need a whole lot of patience but it's worth it!
