Night dryness

My 2.7 dd has just potty trained, and she has gone dry at night as well.

Only trouble is she is waking up to wee and then not wanting to go back to sleep afterwards!!
Any tips for this? How long before they learn to hold it at night?

This is going to be frowned upon but if her sleep is more important tell her to use the nappy and not get up.
Sometimes a sacrifice like this works best all round.
