Back to nappies?

DD, 2yrs 4 months was doing brilliantly, having trained in January. Then a few weeks ago she had to go into a bed rather than a cot and since then she has been a disaster. Today she pooed in the potty (at her own request) and has only done wee in her pants or on the floor. I just watched her wee about a foot away from the potty on the floor instead - gleefully.

I am about to rip my hair out. There is no rhyme or reason to the "accidents." Have done marble jar/sticker charts/encouragement/"don't worry, it's just an accident" and am frankly fed up. It's tremendously disheartening - I just don't understand how we have failed to help her.

Older daughter had some regression, but nothing like this. Do we just go back to nappies? I'm also horrendously embarrassed at nursery as we all thought she was trained……

HELP!
