Lifting at night?

Dd (3.5 months) has been fully trained since Summer and out of nappies at night for a couple of months. She doesn't wet the bed but wakes up every morning between 4-5amto pee in the potty in her room and then that's her up!!!

It's great that she doesn't wet the bed but by 4 she's had 9 hours sleep and is ready to get up but by mid afternoon she's exhausted.

Should I start lifting her at 11pm ish?

Lifting apparently teaches kids to pee while half asleep, and if you fully wake her first will she go back off?

I was going to suggest a potty in her room, but re reading the post i can see you have already done that.
Lifting isn't really a good idea for bed wetting, but it's worth a try here i guess.

How are you getting on with this OP?

I lifted my daughter before I went bed, she never woke fully and I only needed to do it for a couple of months. It's always worth a try.
