Night time nappy ideas for near 4yo

Hi there! My DS is nearly 4. Potty training went well when he turned three but there's no sign of him wanting to go nappy free at night and I dont want to rush him. Problem is that Pampers 6's are getting too small and although I've tried a few pyjama pants out, they're all really scratchy, uncomfortable and non-breathable. What other options are out there?? Thanks in advance. S

I'm watching with interest. My 3yo shows no signs on being dry at night, and after tonights "crap, we are out of nappies" run to the corner shop & £4.99 on a pack of pull ups, I did wonder if there are other options…

My DS1 was in washable pullups until he was 7. I bought four pullups at a time which cost about £25 each but still worked out cheaper than disposables over the time he was in them. There are various sizes. DS started at 4 in the large, then went to extra large and then to xxl at 6ish.

The ones I got were called Super Undies and I bought them from Baby Kind who were great.

Because they're just full of wee (and I mean full, I ended up having to boost them with flannels to absorb it all!) I just washed them in the normal washing but often with only a very little bit of detergent as I found more was causing a skin rash.
