Need advise on night time training

DS is 4.3 he has been dry in the day since he was 2 but never at night

A week ago he refused a nappy at night, so we went with it, his first night he wet
2nd, 3rd and 4th night he was dry (this was with me lifting him for a wee at around 10.30pm)
However the past 3 nights he has wet twice each night

I personally don't think he is ready or has this hormone I've heard about. But now he doesn't want a nappy!
Help!!

When DS was at this stage, we found that what made the difference was if he had a glass of milk at bedtime he'd be wet. If he only had water he'd just sip rather than glug it down, and he was dry. So one possibility might be to check what he's drinking and when. Can also be a case of making sure they have more to drink during the day so they drink less in the evening.
