The only thing stopping me is that I don't want to have to do it all again. Ds is two and a half and having daily accidents since we started 2 weeks ago. It is always around this time in the evening (even tho I encourage him to go regularly at this time) the vast majority of the accidents are at home (one in aunties house and one in grandmas house) he has never had an accident when out and about so that makes me think he has control but just can't be bothered at home. Any advice?

It sounds as though it is happening when he is tired at the end of the day.

Can you find a way to get him on the toilet at around this time. In the early days I put DD's dolly on a toy potty and said she needed to show her baby how to do a wee. I have also bribed with a chocolate button for trying.
