DC, 3.8 - was constipated for ages, docs kept telling me to go away it would sort itself out. finally got one to take me seriously, put DC on Movicol three months ago. Constant soiling since then, often 2-3 a day, have adjusted dose and still continues. Starts pre-school in Sept, poor thing, worried DC will be teased. At end of tether. Have got referral to clinic from health visitor today for encopresis, but don't know what to do or where to go. Not helped by going away later this month camping for 10 days…don't know how we'll cope with endless dirty pants… anyone out there gone through the same?
