where to start? dd 2 yo

hi dont know where to start with potty training. dd 2 yo. have a potty and she will sit on without nappy but wees if not got nappy on. doesnt speak a lot but understands demands. cm says shes not ready?

I'd just take a relaxed approach and keep letting her do what she is doing, but not really pushing anything until she can talk. There’s no harm in having the potty out and letting her play and sit on it, if she is taking herself off to pee in it then all the better!

I suspect she's not quite ready. Just let her explore & play, but wear nappies.

I would wait, 2 is still very young if she has just turned 2. I think nearer the age of 3 they are more ready to train.

hi yes think shes too young as is 2.3 yo but mil pressuring me to do it before starts nursery which may be in november but im hoping it to be next year. also needs to give up dummy

so think dd wants to use the toilet, sat on there with no nappy. are those toddler toilet seats good?
