Help - tummy upset

My 2 1/2 year dd has been doing brilliantly with potty training , a few accidents here and there but telling me when she needs to go etc and I've been really pleased. We are only 5 days on so I appreciate it's early days . Unfortunately she seems to have come down with a tummy bug and now is having really runny poos . She is managing to get the potty/ loo but it's very frequent . My childminder is also taking over the reigns and is very reluctant and not as patient as me and I imagine tomorrow could be a bit unpleasant .I don't know whether to keep going and hope the tummy upset is short lived or put her back in pull ups . Any advice much appreciated

keep going, you should stay home with her if she has a tummy bug, the childminder will not like her spreading the bug to other children.
