2.8 year old wee fine but keeps

Partially pooing pants every couple of hours.

She got it all straight away just after Christmas and was fine up until about a month ago and she is still fine with weeing. It's driving me insane keep washing shitty pants.

I think she's constipated given her orange juice/apple juice over the last 24 hours. The little poos that she is doing really stinks. I feel like putting a nappy back on her but she is fine with weeing and she knows that she needs to go so I don't want to take a step backwards.

I'd take her to the doc
My daughter had similar and got prescribed movicol which helped

Actually my daughter is still prone to constipation but we have found that fennel works well for her. I'm in Switzerland so not sure what sells in the uk but we buy something called fennel drink which is a sachet of powder that you mix with water. Labelled as suitable from six months

That works the same as the movicol that the dr prescribed for her
