Why? Couldn't be bothered going to toilet

So what do you do when your 3 and 1/2 year old, who can go days without accidents, just wets herself from time to time because 'she couldn't be bothered going to the toilet'.

She has always been a bit hit and miss with potty training and is prone to leaving it 'til she does a wee dribble before she goes (when she decides she can be bothered).

I wish I knew as my 3.5 year old is doing this but really quite badly.

He can never be bothered to go so just stands and does it. Even at home when the toilet is next door.

we're doing a sticker chart and punishments now because Im sick of and nursery is getting sick of it.
