Hi, my daughter will be 3 in 2 weeks. She has finally mastered (and is willing) to use the potty and after nearly a year of trying accidents are now rare.
We both decided today that she should try using the toilet seeing as she was doing so well. She was happy to do it. We have a step and a training seat but I don't think she is tall enough to use the toilet. I still have to lift her on but she is very independent and likes to do it all by herself and the only way she can get on is completely taking her shoes, leggings and knickers off, climbing up forwards and tries to stand on the toilet seat and turn around before she sits down. Today she ended up wetting herself because the preparation for her to get on the toilet is too long.
What should I do? Should I still with the potty until she is taller? How long is it ok for them to use the potty for?
Thanks in advance
