DD 2.4 keeps pooing her pants!!

She's been in pants for about 4 months now. Totally dry for about 2 months. But I can not get her to poo in the toilet or potty. She just goes off to hide then comes back to tell me! Normally really pleased with herself! Not sure what to do about it! Any advice would be great!

We haven't got this ar yet, but a freind did recently and she tried a reward sticker chart. That worked, although her dd was just over 3. Worth a try tho

I have done that, But it was a while ago. Might try it again. Got to try something!!

She is only little. Maybe shes just not ready yet.
