30 Month Old - Bored w Potty Training?

Our daughter is about four weeks into potty training.
It's been ok, the first few days it was 9-2 to the carpet, however, that soon changed and we had a potty daily win of 9-2...

Very pleased were we...

Fast forward to three and a half weeks our 30 month old seems to be bored of potty training.

Today we were in a shop and she quite happily weed all over the floor. rather embarrassed we spoke to the shop assistant and then got her cleaned up.

This evening we were having a picnic and she just sat there and weed all over the floor. She knows the concept of wet, she knows the concept of it leaking and holding and running to the potty. These have been there in the first weeks, but now it seems that it's just too much effort to do that.

Starting to get more than a little frustrated. We know it's in there, just seems to have been locked back in her head.

Rewards for weeing in a potty is a sticker, a poo is five stickers.

Would prefer not to return to nappies, but would also want to stop this constant mess / clear up. The other frustration is that even if sat on the potty she will sometimes now not bother to wee and then wee ten mins later without warning.

Didn't have this problem in the first two week, now it seems a big issue...

Might be a brief blip but want to hear other experiences as well as suggestions on how to move forward.

Ps - we don't regulate drinks.

We give small chocolate treats as reward for wees and a mini Milky Way for poos. Instant gratification for the child and is appearing to work well as encouragement to continue to wee/poo in potty. We will change the type of treat to keep it fresh and interesting.
