night time regression and stopping dream weeing

My DD is 4.5 and has just started school- which she's getting on well with, bit but no great emotional trauma.
She stopped wearing night time nappies in the summer because she didn't want to wear them anymore- she'd had quite a few dry nights and had had a sleepover where her friend wasn't wearing nappies (nothing so determined as a 4yo). Because she wasn't waking up when she did need a wee at night, I thought she probably wasn't quite ready (hormone release etc) so we started putting on her on loo at about 10:30/11 and she usually has a wee. This seemed to be working but for the past week and a half she's wet the bed, sometimes twice a night, even with the dream wee. Why? What do we do? And is the dream weeing making this worse- and how do we stop doing that- is it cold turkey or is there another way? We're all shattered!
