DS been TT for about 3 month. He is 3 and until last week we seemed to have it cracked. Dry and no poos in pants. However just this week he poos in hs pants. I ask him lots if he needs to go he says no yet within minutes he will have pooed. He has done this every night since Saturday.
Any ideas what is happening and what should I do?
