Wiping bottoms

On day 5 of toilet training, ds did a poo in the potty but it was a rather sticky poo. I cleaned him up with toilet paper, and we flushed it down the toilet.

It was a bit of a pest, had to pick paper out if his bum when he clenched.

Should I just stick with toilet paper, use baby wipes (which I know can't be flushed) or should I try moist toilet tissue, I have heard they an block the toilet?

What do you use please help!

Don't they do toddler wipes that can be flushed down the loo? I'm pretty sure I've seen them in tesco...

We usually start off with paper and finish off with the moist toilet tissue, that way we only use 1 or 2 wipes, so less chance of blocking.

I've bought toddler flushable wipes from both waitrose and tesco. I'm pretty sure I've seen them in boots too. I gave up with toilet paper after wiping up the first poo!
