One week to potty train - is nursery a problem?

Hi. Am on day 2 of potty training my 27 month old ds. He gets it and we had only one pair of wet pants on day 1. Had a poo and wee accident today so far but with both he realised and finished the 'job' on the potty each time. I have the week off work to do this. He will go back to nursery on Monday and I'm worried they won't have the time to consolidate my work. I worry that his voice wont be heard when he says he needs to go or that he will be too engrossed or will associate potty training only with being at home with me. Anyone got any advice on potty training a toddler on the young side and managing with nursery too? He does nursery 3 days and one day with my mum. 3 days with me.

Just ask his keyworker to make sure he goes often. They usually send them to wash their hands before snack, before lunch, after lunch, before snack etc etc so lots of opportunities.

DS trained at the same age, and although he had a few accidents at nursery his keyworker asked/took him regularly.

If you're doing rewards/bribes/stickers at home just ask them to continue.
