Has anyone got any ideas for me?

Ds1 is 3.3 and is still refusing to potty train. Starts nursery in September so needs to be dry.

Ds2 22 months has had some success with wees and will go and sit on potty for poos.

How do I do this? They are both running around pant less at the moment and prompting potty time but they just say no thank you, busy!

We potty trained our DTs at 2 and a half.

Bribery worked. 1 button for a wee, 2 for a poo. Give drinks often, set the timer and sit them on the potty every 20 mins. Go crazy with praise and administer buttons for success.
We had one fully trained in a week, the other took a little longer for the poos to be always in the right place!

Best of luck

Thanks. I'm dreading a poo accident! Cream carpets and OCD do not go well together Shock

Best plan then is to spend the day in the garden Grin

It's not going well, oldest is holding it in, running round crossed legged saying its too heavy, no potty and trying to get nappy on. Youngest is a dribble machine, despite doing a huge wee in the potty not 10 mins ago. Argh! Please tell me we can survive this Grin

The 22 mo may not be ready. I'd focus on the older one for now.
