Ok so we're a week in and lo is weeing independently on the potty everyday. So pleased. But we're going on a camping wknd on friday which will involve a tent and a daily 15 min walk to the beach. I looked at travel potties but they're still quite bulky for a backpack. I will need some sort of travel potty though or i'll be carrying her regular potty to the loo to empty with a poo in there. Hmm maybe get some nappy bags. Any thoughts?

Has nobody invented a folding potty yet?

I used to have a folding potty! it was like a plastic circle with legs that folded out and you put a bag around the legs for them to pee/poo in. It was only 8 years ago or so - very handy - used to use it all the time

That looks handy. Just what we need for trips out.
