DS (4) keeps wetting at home

DS has been out of nappies for over a year. He is always dry out of the house and can hold his wee until he gets to a loo. But at home on an evening, he continually wets his pants (either a dribble or big wee) or starts to poo before he tells us he needs to go. I ask him if he wants to go, he says no then starts to wet. The fact that he manages perfectly well when he is away from home is suggesting that it's not a UTI. It's been going on for months now. We're due to go on holiday in 4 weeks with a long haul flight and I'm worried he'll be doing this there as he will always do it with us but not other people.

Has anyone got any suggestions of what we could try?
