4 year old weeing herself 2-3 times a day

my dd was 4 last month, she is still having weeing herself 2-3 times a day. She sits on the floor, crosses her legs and just wees. She has sat next to the toilet and done this before.She is not dry at night at all. She starts school in Sept and I am concerned she will do this at school and get bullied because of it. Any tips to get her to remain dry? she has not got a UTI as she is frequently checked as I have been to the docs several times!!

We have a similar issue with our son and ruled out infection etc. However, the difference for us was nights - he was dry. We were told that if he was wet at night too then it might be a physical response issue rather than a behavioral issue. In our case, it appears to be behavioral.

I wonder if your GP is considering that sometimes it's not just a UTI that causes such problems and, given the night times, there might be something more physical to investigate?

Second opinion from another GP or just insist on a specialist?
