Night times and co-sleeping

DD1 is 5 and still in pull ups at night. Whilst I'm not especially worried about it, I feel like we've not really addressed it properly even in terms of letting her have a go without the pull up (although on the couple of occasions she's forgotten it, she has woken up wet).

Anyway, the point is, she still sleeps in with me and her 1yo sister. Obviously I don't want to have to change the whole bed if she wets it so how could I set it up so only her side could be changed if necessary?

Those pampers incont pads or a towel then a sheet on top? Do you have 2 duvets or just 1?

I had to do something similar when my baby had reflux and would only settle in with us but would well you can imagine the washing (my dd is only 6mo so I don't really know hopefully someone else will be of more use)
