Daughter always wants to do poo in nappy after bedtime

Help...H has been using the loo in daytime since sept but is in a routine of doing poos just after bedtime in nappy. This means she is going to sleep later. Any suggestions or tips on encouraging her to change? Thx

What's your bedtime routine like?

We changed ours around a bit so it goes roughly:

Upstairs, milk, toilet, bath, changed, teeth, toilet, story , bed.

So two attempts at emptying bladder/ bowels, also chance for bedtime milk to be emptied a little to prevent leaky pull ups. Now he is a bit older it's all settled but routine still roughly the same ( sibling getting to this stage soon)
