Any suggestions for child toilet seats?

Any recommendations? I'd like something easy to clean. DD isn't physically very confident so I wondered whether one with handles would be good.

Tippitoes seat. Its great we had loads for DS and found they slipped, or they were impossible to clean, or they 'pinched' his skin. Then we got this and it has been ideal

We've got the baby bjorn one in our downstairs loo but need one for upstairs - that tippitoes one looks great and much cheaper. The BB one is very secure & portable though. Unfortunately our dear child still prefers the potty

Was going to post the exact same thing as Sirzy.

They are a bit longer than many I've seen, so although you have a girl, for boys particularly they are good as the willy easily fits in.

I love mine and they are easy to clean. I've noticed my toilets occasionally get little greasy smudges on the seats now from where DS has been holding on. Pretty gross... I just clean regularly and hope hand washing covers us!

Reviews seems to suggest it's good for children who are scared of going to the toilet but annoyingly independent.

I used a kitchen stepstool that small people wouldn't have trouble turning around on or pulling down pants while standing on. The step on that one looks a bit narrow for manoeuvres like turning.

Hand washing is incredibly important and also keeping the loo seat and surround very clean. You are more likely to get worms when your DCs are toilet training than any other time (except when they first go to school and are surrounded by bottom scratchers).

THe babybjorn one is v good. The only one boys don't seem to wee over!

Have ordered the Tippitoes one. We have a little stool that she uses for teeth cleaning, and have one of those Ikea wooden kitchen steps that we could try for climbing up. I know if we lift her she'll panic.

Blimey, looks like we're going to have to ramp up our cleaning regime.
