Regression after moving abroad?

DD is 2.1 and we started potty training at around 21m. She was pretty much trained by the time we moved to the USA mid-August: maybe two or three accidents a week (more if she was super tired or not feeling well).

We've been here almost four weeks now and in the last two days she's been awful. Keeps saying she doesn't need her potty and then doing a huge puddle on the floor. It's really unlike her and I can't help thinking it's because of the move, but it seems a bit delayed.

The only other thing it could be is the new baby: I'm 17wks pregnant and we saw the 'baby on the telly' the other day at a scan. She seems excited about the baby though and I'm fairly sure she hasn't worked out it's actually going to be a real life baby, rather than staying in my tummy, so I'm not convinced that could affect things...

Any ideas? Do we just ride it out? Punish her when she has an accident (which we were doing - she goes to her room for 3mins on her own with no toys) or just react like it hasn't happened?
