Shoud I start DS now before baby #2 arrives?

I've just found out I'm expecting. I'm only five weeks so early days yet but I'm already concerned about handling two children. DS will be 2 if baby #2 arrives safely. He's 17 months now. Should I think about getting it 'sorted' before the arrival? Or is it too early?

Too early! Wait until the end of next summer so he's that year older and has had time to get used to the new baby.

My friend tried potty training her 18mo to get it out of the way before DC2 arrived. Nightmare by all accounts and a year later she's still not really there.
