Where to start with my 2.1 year old DS...

Just looking for some tips/basics to help me get DS started with potty training. I'm pregnant again and this one is due in January so I'd love to crack it by then. He's my first DC so no idea where to start!!!

My ds1 is 2.2 and I am also due in January. I started training on Friday and so far pleased with progress. I'm following gina ford. If your little one is showing the signs go for it, otherwise if you force it you will find it harder and longer.
