Hi my little boy was 3 yesterday he wears underpants all day and never has a wee accident however, he won't tell me when he needs a number 2 and will do it in his pants if I spot him needing a number 2 and ask him he says he doesn't and either holds it or just does it I just can't get past this one and he has done so well with the wee training, his pull ups at night are bone dry and straight to the potty when waking, anyone had a similar problem and offer any help. Many thanks x

I am having the exact same problem!! My son was 3 last month. Dry for wees, we started toilet training 2 weeks ago. Doesn't seem to either know when a poo is coming or doesn't want to do it anywhere other than pants. I'll try body book too. Any other suggestions welcome - Glad to hear we're not alone. Good luck Charlie'sMum, keep me posted

I looked up "Poo goes to Pooland" as I saw it on another thread. I read the story to him from the computer as I couldn't print it out due to licence, and I've ordered "Liam goes for a poo in the toilet" (or similar title) from Amazon (6 pounds, pound sign missing from keyboard!) I've also talked to him about wee comes from your willy and poo comes from your bottom as I think he might think they come from same place. He has done 1 poo on a potty today!! after 45 mins off and on it, sitting talking to him whilst he was on it etc (he had some wind which made it clear he may need it). I'm keeping my fingers crossed it happens again. Good luck to you too Charlies Mum
