UTI derailed potty training

Dd (2.4) voluntarily potty trained at 2.2 (i was reluctant for her to do it as DS had been early potty trainer but had accidents until well past three and i believe it is best for them to wait). She has been amazing and basically only had three accidents until a mnth ago. She has had an UTI and was weeing eithout any idea that she was doing it. Urine smelt very strong and was a little unwell with it. Since the UTI we have gone backwards. I think that nursery may not give her enough to drink and have sent her in with a bottle of dilited cranberry. Today she had 6 accidents (nursery think she may now be drinking too much). Shall i just put her back in nappies (she swings from refusuing to wear a pull up to wanting too).
Any experience out there for re trqining after UTI's and suggestins how to prevent them happenng again please?.

if it were my child id lay the law down with nursery and insist they give her enough to drink in future. then id start potty training again. but to be honest its going to be hard if nursery doesnt give enough to drink during the day she will continue getting uti's all the time. there is no such thing as drinking too much!!!!! the more a toddler drinks the better (within reason of course, im not saying she had to drink gallons and gallons) i would take some time off if you can and start again but i know this is not always possible.
