He doesn't tell us before he's going for a wee or a poo in his nappy.
If we ask him if he has gone poo he will generally tell us he has if he has.
Sometimes he will tell us he has done a poo (or if in certain familar places he will run to where he gets nappy changed rather than say) before he's asked.
Wherever we go he seems to have an obsession with seeking out the toilets and pointing to the 'mummy (ladies), daddy (mens) and babies (baby changing), then he likes to go in and inspect the actual toilet, get a bit of paper, wash his hands and dry them.
If i have to go for a wee at home or when we're out and he's with me then he always grabs paper and pretends to wipe himself and also tries to wipe me (blush)
He has potty at home but has never done wee on it.
A friend of a friend said her DS was about the same and she didn't think he was ready and her friend said try him for 48 hours see how you get one, and he took to it really well.
Was going to try this week as was offf work but had 2 year check and HV said she prob wouldn't try with a boy till 2.4 or 2.5, glad i didn't as i ended up being ill anyway. I might try soon just to see how it goes, he's a May born child so if possible i would like to try in summer (if we ever get summer this year!!)
