I have no idea about potty training, its the one thing about having a child I dreaded the most! DS is 23 months and I'm starting to think about potty training him.
He often goes off toward the bathroom saying 'pee pee' so I bought him a potty and a toilet seat thingy, which are just lying about the house for him to get used to at the moment.
Thing is, he drinks a lot of juice, I have tried to stop him but he really wants/needs that much. His nappies are always full of pee (like as much as morning nappy) after an hour minimum. Im thinking it would be pretty hard to potty train him when he pees so much! Do they pee less as they get older? Do I have to wait for this to happen?
Im fully prepared to accept that he is nowhere near ready, as he is young, and has only just started walking, but I thought it might be worth starting gradual introduction if this pee thing is not an issue. I just dont know if its coz he is young or that he will always pee this much!
