night training - whay to expect?

My dd has been day trained for a few months now and the other night refused to wear her night time pull up so we thought we would see what happens.
First night completely dry and last night one accident. Now I'm not sire if she's ready yet bit just wanted some advice or info on what to expect. Also how long do you let them keep wetting the bed until you decide if they are ready or not? IYSWIM....

TBH I'm pretty lazy when it comes to night nappies. Once pull up has been dry for ages we go without. They're either dry at night or they're not. You can't train them anyway. It's a hormonal thing that has to kick in that enables them to go through the night without weeing.
