night time regression

my DD6 has been dry in the night for about 2y now - v recently started wetting on a night again. Don't think there is an infection and have gently enquired about any worries and don't think that is an issue. I have started lifting her again but she even wet last week despite being lifted at 10ish. Any ideas oh helpful people??

Tiredness? DS1 (5) wees when he's really tired. Before school holidays we have more accidents than other times. Or it could be the warmer weather, and she's drinking more later in the day.

I did wonder about tired - thanks I will give that some more thought
