Reward charts and books to help a 3 year old?

We are late starters because our daughter has had dislocated hips. She's happy to go straight on the toilet but I'm terrified of taking off those darned pullups. We need to start now though or we'll miss the window.

Can anyone suggest a great sticker reward book/chart or any good kids books about going to the toilet? We need to give her an incentive I think.

And also, d'you just go for it and take the pull ups off? We've bought nice knickers and had a go before but she wasn't keen. Should I just get to Saturday when we're home and tell her what we're going to try and stick with it? Can you tell I'm nervous? Lol
