3 yo DD frequent wee 'accidents' / relapses

I'm more concerned about her getting sore (which so far she isn't) and am fairly relaxed as she's been very good and has been (partially) trained for about a year. However when she's ill, she was couple of weeks ago, she relapses in a mega way. Also she has in the past wet for attention though currently I don't believe thats the issue. At present we are 2 weeks into mega 'accidents' at home, nursery, out and about. I have tried to stop asking her and let her tell me she's wet or needs to go but actually she's quite happy sitting in wet knickers as long as she doesn't have to stop whatever she's enjoying, which is of course a very reasonable idea for a 3 yo! Any tips or comments much appreciated... Considering kinda starting again and having a few quiet days at home focusing on getting to the loo/potty on time. PS have tried rewards, sticker charts, etc and they currently aren't doing it.
Thanks lovely mums!! Confused

I've not personally had this problem with DS, but my neighbour is going through it with her DD. I think she put her back in nappies/dry nites and, though not making a big deal of it, her DD was so gutted about feeling 'like a baby' again that she snapped out of it quite fast. She still has the odd accident/relapse but they're fewer and farther between.
I'm not sure if that's good advice or not really, but I hope you find something that works soon! God luck :)

Thanks ModdedMummy, I have considered it and might as last resort. I should add that I haven't even attempted night time yet!
