DD pees at a weird angle

DD (3) has been pretty much trained for 6 months. Except now she keeps getting her pants wet because when she has a pee sitting on the toilet it comes out horizontally, straight onto her pants. We have tried telling her to keep her knees together which didn't help. Anyone got any ideas?

It can happen sometimes because of the position she is sitting in. Try getting her to sit with a straight back, leaning forwards a bit, with her pelvis tilted backwards as if she's trying to stick her bottom out. Hopefully this will alter the direction of the stream so that it goes in the loo.

She might be trying to watch herself pee, with a C shaped back which will definitely make her pee horizontally!

Ds has this problem, he has to hang his bum right down into the bowl otherwise if he has a really full bladder it comes straight over the top of the toilet bowl.
