We have been trying to potty train on and off since August last year and have recently decided to go for pants in the daytime, nappies at night.
DD won't do anything on potty or toilet and is wetting pants. She sometimes is refusing to sit on potty/toilet.

Where should I go from here??

You wait. She isn't ready. If you push her it will only strengthen her resolve. Keep inviting her to come to the toilet withyou and keep her interest up but she won't do anything until she wants to.

Does she know she needs to go before she does it? If she has a nappy on does she say when she'sdone one or the other?

She knows when she has done something cause she says but doesn't say before she has done it.

That's a step to showing readiness so it's a very good sign. Have you tried showing her Elmo's potty song on YouTube and telling her that big girls who go to nursery and school use potties?

I am having difficulties with my daughter who will be 4 in June (and starting school in September!). We have had periods of dryness during the day (she went into pants about 8 months ago) but currently going through 2+ wee and poo accidents a day and she seems completely not bothered. I've tried the 'be a big girl' talk, the sticker charts and rewards but it doesn't seem to make a difference. She is not even near dry at night and I'm starting to get pretty frustrated as she's incredibly bright and independent about everything else. Any ideas anyone? Help!
